Focus
McKinney Morning Pride Lions Club is very active in Mckinney. Our primary focus is sight conservation. To that end we preform free quarterly eye screenings events on the third Thursday of the month in January, April, July and October. The screenings take place at Market Street located at 6100 Eldorado Parkway, in the Event Center- upstairs
In Addition
If necessary candidates are referred to an optometrist for a professional exam. Our Club also supports The Little Free Pantry in McKinney. We also support The Salvation Army with manpower during their annual Bell Ringing Project. Other programs we support are Christmas Families, Toys for Tots, Senior night for MISD, and recognizing Outstanding Students from Serenity High School, work day at Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville ,TX.
Our Pledge to you our supporters
To fund these activities our Club hosts fundraising activities. These include a Clay shoot, a raffle for a Grocery Scramble at Market Street. One hundred percent of the proceeds from these activities support designated local, state, national and international projects of Lions International and McKinney Morning Pride Lions Club.
